Trinity is excited to share our passion for running with all of you! Josh Platt our running specialist has been planning the ultimate running program for all of you and it is finally time to unveil what is going to be the most complete running group you have ever been a part of.
This program is ideal for runners of all levels. Trinity is built around meeting each individual where they are at. Our unmatched ability to have differentiated instruction allows for each individual to receive the correct style of both exercise and running to accomplish any running goals you have.
Josh has designed the program to meet twice a week. During these sessions you will be a part of a group workout that will include a warm-up that helps enable your body to run at its maximum level of efficiency, a great workouts that will create better levels of balance, posture, speed, and endurance to make you a better runner, and then a cool down designed to enhance your physical progression by eliminating potential imbalances.
Also included in this program will be additional programs you can use throughout the week to help enhance all the running you are doing. This can include programs specific to prepare for a particular race or the necessary training to rehabilitate those ongoing issues that are slowing you down.
