Trinity Sports Camp - Speed, Power, Durability Program
Trinity is now offering a six week, three day per week program that is designed to be an all-round training regimen. This is the perfect program for off-season athletes who want to prep their bodies for their sport, as well as former or non-athletes who want to get in great shape and keep their bodies feeling strong and healthy. This program is high energy and will incorporate many different aspects of athleticism, blending them with Trinity’s unique training methods to help you reach whatever fitness or athletic goals you may have.
