Trinity Sports Camp - Loren Sheets – Certified Speed, Power, Durability Trainer
Loren Sheets is entering his sixth year of training under Trinity. His experience with training began as an athlete and now continues as a coach and Certified Speed, Power, Durability Trainer. Athletically he participates in track and field, specializing in the sprints and middle distance. He ran for Azusa Pacific University, and now continues with Trinity Track Club. He is entering his senior year at George Fox University, majoring in Health and Human Performance.
In 2009 he was a camp trainer for the Trinity Summer Camp, and has now begun running his own summer conditioning camps. In the fall of 2010, he held the first Trinity Speed Power Durability program.
Loren has expanded his knowledge of training the human body for athletic performance and durability through the help of Scott Olson and with ever growing experience working with individuals ranging all the way from the the chronically injured to professional level athletes. More than anything, he loves helping people discover their athletic potential through the Trinity training system.
