How is Trinity Different? The unique training system we use does not require the latest and greatest equipment the traditional fitness industry must offer to entice individuals to continually come back. Trinity uses the greatest machine of them all, your body. Effective training requires a solid foundation that anchors the decisions trainers make in order to get the most out of their client’s body. Following Trinity’s 4 laws of training allows us to use the body to produce the necessary stimulus it needs to allow each individual the ability to accomplish their fitness or athletic goals. We realize we have been blessed to comprehend a level of training most are unaware of. We look forward to sharing it all with you.
