What Programs does Trinity Offer? Trinity offers individualized training with focuses on Durability Training to prevent and recovery from pain and injuries, Personal fitness and Performance Training specific to each athletes sport. Trinity also offers programs for  increasing Speed and Power and Durability, as well as summer, and winter camps for high level conditioning. We also provide great training for younger athletes in our Youth Camps.

Recently Trinity has also added a Brand new component to our company, Our first Basketball Teams for 7th and 8th grade boys.

In the Spring of 2011 Trinity started its own Youth Track Club. Open to all interested athletes, this program enables athletes form all sports to work on their physical skills while competing in the great sport of track and field.

Where are you located? Many of our camps take place all throughout the Tualatin area. We also do much of our one on one training on the Campus of Horizon Christian High School. We have a facility there that enables us to provide anything we need to get you the results you want.

How is Trinity Different? The unique training system we use does not require the latest and greatest equipment the traditional fitness industry must always offer to try and keep you coming back. Trinity uses the greatest machine of them all, your body. Effective training needs a solid foundation  that anchors the decisions you make to get the most out of the your body. Trinity’s 4 laws of training allow us to use your body, and the laws it follows to provide the exact stimulus it will take to accomplish whatever your goal is. We realize we have been blessed to comprehend a level of training most are unaware of. We look forward to sharing it all with you.
