When I tell people that I play soccer at the college level; many ask me a series of questions regarding year-round fitness, injuries, soreness, composure/fatigue, and desire. My answer is Trinity Training. This is because Trinity trains, my body to become fatigued while keeping composure to complete the exercises. As I do this all year I’m always “fit” and ready to compete at any time and injuries have been nonexistent! They are prevented through the dynamics of the workouts which focus on even the most minute and unusual movements within practice or competition! Through their fun and positive environment I always feel the desire to become a better athlete as well as a better person.
